I am currently at the Slade school of fine Art for a couple of weeks, studying a course that explores how we think through drawing.  It is amazing to be right in London and to meet so many people that question, challenge and push the boundaries of understanding.  I have just been to a lecture on how diagrams create order from chaos and I spent the whole of the day studying how to capture the ethereal within drawings and looking at negative spaces.  Yesterday we looked at the nature of journeys and volumetric implications of space (see my attached sketches).  Roll on tomorrow...
