Other than that, I have ordered my mini "save the date" cards for the private view of my exhibition at the Alfred East in August, and am pleased that the Gallery are going to sort out the actual invitations and getting them printed.
I am still being slack on getting my photos done, and am wondering if it might be a good idea to get it done this week as the weather is supposed to be nice, thus allowing some dry conditions and lots of natural light. Then I have the huge framing issue- to try and get my canvas boards so they can be mounted on the gallery walls - which I am not looking forward to tackling, as I have a hunch it will be costly (silly girl, why did you not do everything on box canvas!).
In between all that I really need to give some thought to the Jesus Centre Mini exhbition, and am currently thinking that I will use all my smaller pieces from the spatial collection, being as this exhbition runs to Aug 30th and my Alfred East one runs from Aug 21st, so there's an overlap.
Then I've got to sort out which bits to put in for the open studios event and the castle ashby exhibition (of which I know nothing at the minute so I really need to sort that out too!!) altho I am thinking along the lines of the contraceptive revolution stuff, altho I'm not quite sure Kettering would appreciate the point or meanings in it.
So it's a lot of phaffing around at the mo and not actually doing anything productive, in terms of painting or drawing, which I am missing, altho I have had a few corkers of ideas today for what to start when the brunt of the spatial stuff has gone.
Such a beautiful day................shame about the British GP
